We are very excited to have you join us in Mexico for our wedding festivities! To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodations. We've chosen Dreams Natura Resort to have our wedding and all of the festivities, and have already arranged a room block for our all of our guests!

Details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note: 

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Please DO NOT have 2 people in the same room fill out the form. Just ONE form per room. 

2. Dreams Natura is a family-friendly property and the max occupancy per room varies based on which room category is chosen. See the "Accommodation" section for details. 

3. Transportation to and from the airport is INCLUDED in your booking price, so no need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Mexico! 4. You MUST book your room inside our room block to be considered a part of the wedding! Please do not book your room anywhere else. To guarantee availability and pricing, please pay your deposit with our agent as soon as possible!

Flights

The closest airport to the resort is Cancun International Airport, (CUN). We recommend booking your flights as early as you can with your preferred airline. 

You can reserve your flights directly with your preferred airline. Please plan to arrive at least 24 – 48 hours before the wedding day in case of any delays or cancellations. If you arrive at Dreams Natura before the check-in time, you can utilize all of the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.) while you wait for your room to be ready.


Transfers

Included in the price are shared transfers to and from the Cancun airport and Dreams Natura. These are non-stop shared transfers with other guests on them.

Why do I need travel insurance?

Because sometimes, you have to cancel a trip at last-minute. Because this particular insurance is "Cancel For Any Reason" the reason for cancelation does not matter. Maybe you break your ankle 2 days before the trip. Or maybe you just wake up and decide you dont fee like getting on the plane. Whatever the reason, you are protected. Travel insurance can reimburse you for your pre-paid, non-refundable trip costs – including vacation rentals, car rentals, hotels, and flights – if you have to cancel for a covered reason.
-Travel delays leave you stranded.
-Travel Insurance can reimburse you for eligible meals, accommodations, and transportation expenses during a covered delay.
-You get sick or hurt when you are far from home.
Travel insurance can reimburse you for care following a covered medical emergency while traveling. Some policies can even arrange and pay for a medical evacuation if needed.


During the reservation process, the registration form asks whether you are interested in travel insurance. Simply, select 'yes', and you will receive a quote directly from our travel agent. The price of travel insurance varies based on the cost of your package. Insurance can only be added at the time of deposit.

Key Booking Details

To be considered a part of the wedding group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make this as easy as possible for our bride and groom. Additional fees will apply to visit the resort or come to wedding related events should you book off property. The pre-negotiated rates include all-inclusive hotel accommodations, hotel tax and fees and transfers. Room categories are available on a first come, first serve basis within the block.

• IMPORTANT: To book at these rates you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 3 nights or more. (example: Friday through Monday = 3-nights) You can stay as little or as long as you like, but three nights are required.. 

• Group Rates are available 3-5 days pre/post the room block dates (based on availability and approval from the resort). Our room block is from May 14-19th 2025.

•Any changes to a booking must be done in writing (via email) and changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront before they are confirmed. Any changes must be made prior to January 3rd 2025 to avoid any additional fees. No changes can be made on a reservation once you are within 60 days of travel.

**Bedding not guaranteed means the resort will not guarantee a king bed or 2 double beds. They guarantee the room category but not the beds. A request is put in for every single reservation. It is noted on the reservation as well as the rooming list sent to the resort just a few weeks before arrival.

Important Dates + Information

PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATION NO LATER THAN:
December 31st 2024

DEPOSIT: is $50 per person (ie: if 2 persons are sharing a room the deposit is $100, if 2 adults and a child are sharing a room the deposit is $150)

FINAL PAYMENT: Due no later than January 3rd 2025. All payments must be received by that date or the rooms will be canceled. There are no exceptions to this so please plan your payments according.

CANCELATION TERMS: Cancel before January 3rd 2025 and any payments are fully refundable. Cancel after January 3rd 2025 and all payments become non-refundable. We recommend purchasing trip insurance for any unforseen events that may cause last minute cancelations.

SEND YOUR FLIGHT DETAILS: By March 15th 2025. You will be reminded to send in your flight information to Sunlover Travel no later than 60 days prior to departure.

Correspondence

• After submitting your form, Sunlover Travel will send you a detailed invoice within 48 hours (unless you submit your form on the weekend or holiday).

• If you checked "yes" for the optional insurance on the registration form, you will be contacted about insurance with the options and pricing. Insurance can only be added at time of deposit.

• 2 - 4 weeks prior to your final payment, Sunlover Travel will send you a reminder email to verify all information is up to date.

• Once your final payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your updated invoice showing paid in full. You will receive a second email shortly after with your travel documents.

• As we get closer to travel, Sunlover will send a group email with additional information and tips on traveling to Cancun, Mexico!

Accommodations

Junior Suite Tropical View: One king-size or two double beds; Private furnished balcony or terrace; Tropical view; 533 sq ft.; Up to 4 guests (adults + children) with a maximum of 3 adults. 


Junior Suite Partial Oceanview: One king-size or two double beds; Private furnished balcony or terrace; Partial Ocean View; 533 sq ft.; Up to 4 guests (adults + children) with a maximum of 3 adults.

Junior Suite Oceanview: One king-size or two double beds; Private furnished balcony or terrace; Ocean View; 533 sq ft.; Up to 4 guests (adults + children) with a maximum of 3 adults.

Junior Suite Swim Out: One king-size or two double beds; Private furnished terrace with direct access to pool; Tropical View; 533 sq ft.; Up to 3 guests with a maximum of 3 adults. (no children under the age of 13 allowed in this room category)

PRICING:

Please see the pricing charts below for each room category. Find the column with the number of nights you want and then the row for your occupancy (2 adults would be a double, 3 adults would be a triple, etc). Pricing is per person and is inclusive of all taxes and transfers.

Example:  2 adults want to stay 4nts in the Junior Suite Tropical View.  The price is $1052.16 per person OR $2104.32 total for 2 adults.

Pricing
HOW TO BOOK

To start the reservation process, please use the link below. Deposit information will be required at time of booking. You must complete the reservation form in order to book your room.

You don't have to pay all at once ($50 per person is Minimum Deposit to Secure Booking). Book early and make payments when it is convenient for you. All payments due in full January 3rd 2025. Simply email kerri@sunlovertravel.com when you would like to continue/finish payment with the card you place on file.

Once your reservation request form is received, your request and deposit will be processed and you will be sent an invoice. Processing time can take 24-72 hours.

We have the rooms contracted from May 14-19th 2025. If you require dates outside of what we have reserved in the room block, please contact our travel agent first before submitting the reservation form.

Financing

If you would like to package in hotel + flights OR if you would like to utilize 3rd party financing via our partner Uplift, you may do so using the link below. The booking engine is set up like Expedia. Please add in your transfers to any package you create. For the Uplift financing, you will see the option to "Pay Monthly" on the very last screen and once you click on it, you will be taken to a site to enter your personal information for the financing application. It takes just a minute or two to apply.

FAQs

WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?

Yes! A passport is needed to fly to and from the U.S. and Mexico. A passport card will NOT work. Please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. I FOUND A CHEAPER PRICE ONLINE, CAN YOU MATCH IT?

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Sunlover Travel please allow us an opportunity to price match. Please take a dated screen shot. DO I NEED A COVID TEST?

At this time, no testing is required to enter Mexico and no testing is required to enter the United States.

AM I REQUIRED TO BE VACCINATED?

No. At this time Mexico does not require proof of vaccination to enter.


CAN WE MAKE ROOM REQUESTS?

Yes. At the time of booking, just note your request. Maybe it is a certain building or room number. Maybe you want to be next to a certain couple or maybe you have a dietary restriction or allergy. This includes any other special requests or accommodations you require. That would all go in the "special requests" section on the registration form. Please remember these are only requests, not guarantees. However, the resort does their best to accomodate when possible.
