Frequently Asked Questions
When is the wedding?
Friday, May 16, 2025 at 6:00 PM.
Where is the wedding?
Cancun, Mexico at Dreams Natura All Inclusive Resort. This is our preferred hotel where we have rooms blocked at a discounted rate for all guests attending the wedding!
Do I have to stay in the preferred hotel?
No, you do not. However, if you do not stay at the hotel, there will be a fee of $125 for a hotel day pass, good from 9am - 11pm, to come on property and to attend the wedding.
How do I book my room?
Please visit our travel page via the travel section for all details on how to book your travel and accommodations, including how to pay the deposit, make payments, financing options, view balances and confirm deadlines!
What dates/days should I book my hotel for?
You must book a minimum of 3 nights to get the discounted rate. Recommendation would be Thursday 5/15, Friday 5/16, Saturday 5/17. We recommend arriving and checking in Thursday and checking out and departing on Sunday 5/18. This is a recommendation, however, feel free to stay as many nights as you choose, just make sure you are there Friday for the wedding!
When is the deadline to pay my hotel room balance?
All room balances must be paid off by January 3rd 2025. No exceptions. Please review the travel section and details thoroughly on this! You will still be able to book a room after Jan 3rd, however, it will not be at the discounted rate and will be based on the hotel availability at the most current rate which will be much higher than the room block.
Is there a dress code?
The attire for the wedding is semi-formal. No jeans, No shorts, No hats, No flip flops, Tank tops, Net/See through attire. Please refrain from wearing all white, cream, ivory, or orange, or ivory!
Can I bring my kid(s)?
We love the babies, so we intentionally chose a family friendly resort as our boys will be there as well. However, although kids are welcome at the resort, kids are not allowed at the wedding ceremony + reception. The resort does have childcare!
Can I bring a plus one?
YES!
